1. Technical Issue Refunds — Anytime
If a technical problem on our end prevented you from accessing or receiving your report, you are entitled to a full refund at any time, regardless of when you purchased. This includes:
- Report was never generated due to a server or API error
- Report delivery email was never received
- You were charged more than once for the same order
- The report link is broken or inaccessible
- Payment was processed but no order was created
For technical issues, contact us with your order ID and a brief description of the problem. We will either fix the issue and resend your report, or issue a full refund — your choice.
2. Satisfaction Refunds — Within 48 Hours
If you are not satisfied with your report for any reason, we offer a full refund if you contact us within 48 hours of your purchase. To request a satisfaction refund:

Include: Your order ID and the email address used at checkout
We aim to respond within 1 business day and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method and bank.
3. Why 48 Hours for Satisfaction Refunds?
TCMType delivers digital reports that are generated and made available immediately upon payment. Because the report content is personalised and delivered instantly, the 48-hour window gives you time to review the report and decide whether it meets your needs — while keeping our policy fair and sustainable.
If you need more time due to exceptional circumstances (illness, travel, etc.), please reach out — we will consider requests on a case-by-case basis.
4. After 48 Hours
Satisfaction refund requests submitted more than 48 hours after purchase are generally not eligible for a refund, as the digital content has been delivered and made available. However:
- Technical issue refunds remain available at any time
- We may offer a complimentary retake of the assessment if your health circumstances have changed significantly
- Exceptional circumstances are always considered — please contact us
5. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. We resolve disputes quickly and fairly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension and the chargeback being disputed with full documentation.
